Convert One Landing Page PSD File to WordPress (Responsive HTML5/CSS )

Looking for help to convert PSD Landing Page file to a Full HTML5/CSS3 responsive wordPress page. Most of users are going to access from a mobile device to this Landing Page.

This LandingPage is for a new product this is why is so important for us if you can add a good animation to the components to highlight the innovative product. I will share some examples the 3d feeling we want to give to the page and design details with shortlisted candidates.


Please include jQuery as needed for smoother scroll navigation.

Technologies that can be used, but Im open to use others:
-HTML5
-CSS3
-JavaScript
-JQuery
-Bootstrap 4
-Sass

Once the job is approved, Ill provide PSD file + images. We used Bootstrap Grid when we did the design.
