Convert Simple WordPress theme design to Tumblr theme

Back in 2011 Stuart Brown made this pretty amazing Retro MacOS theme:

What Id like someone to help me do is convert it to a Tumblr theme instead. The theme is pretty outdated so it will likely need some modernization (responsive, etc) but Id like to keep the look the same as much as possible.
