Copy dropdown menu from my old HTML page to new HTML page (both are static HTML pages)

Copy dropdown menu (mega dropdown) from PAGE-1 to new PAGE-2 with a minor modification.

A bit more detail: My old HTML page navbar has a dropdown menu, but my new HTML page only has plain navbar links without any dropdown menu. Now I want a dropdown menu on my new HTML page too, so that when the user hovers mouse on a navbar link, it instantly opens up a big dropdown menu. One minor change needed in the dropdown menu.
