Create a Basic Excel Macro

Looking for someone to create a basic excel macro.

My company has 6 European VAT numbers. The VAT rate varies between countries. I have to submit a file that shows all of my PayPal Euro sales to these countries.

As I start to enter information on a line (for example by entering the invoice number) I want the Currency column to automatically enter: EUR, Transaction type: SALE, Country despatch: GB, Seller name: the company name I will give you, customer VAT Number: PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL (which i can edit if I get a business buyer), Description: Goods,

Then when I enter arrival country the Seller VAT Number should automatically be filled with the correct VAT number for that country.

When I enter the Total Column which is the gross value of the sale, the correct amount of Value VAT should be filled out along with Taxable Basis.

So for example if the Country Arrival is Germany, the Macro will automatically enter my German VAT number.

The German rate of VAT is 19% so as i enter total 23.98, the Taxable Basis column should show 20.15 and the Value VAT column should show 3.83

(the VAT rate column shows the rate of VAT based on the figures in the Taxable Basis and Value VAT columns).

Currently I only have a temporary VAT number for Spain and am waiting for one for Poland so you will need to be prepared to edit the macro for me as soon as I get these numbers.
