Create a matlab script to get certain rows out of a table

I have a large Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheet with many rows (about 250000 rows) and I need to get entire rows out of it that are indexed by -20 unique hashes in another spreadsheet. I need a script written for Matlab that does this -- that will work on Matlab 2018 (so please dont use matrixread). I then will modify the script for similar purposes.

I have decent data analytic skills but I am not great at extracting data. This job would be easy for a file/data extraction Matlab medium-level skill person.

Resulting rows should be saved in a Mat file at the end of the script.
