a promotional video where a 3D model is reconstructed out of a hand picture, and then there is some motion of the 3D nail on top of the hand. Some animation simulates that 3D modeling of the nail out the hand. The 3D model nail is not realistic, just a 3D rendered, but the hand is a real picture/video.
