Create a SOCIAL LISTENING Tool

MUST BE BUILT IN LARAVEL

We need to create a dashboard that will have social listening tools to monitor the following:

Social listening tool to:
Monitor brand lift and positive/negative/neutral affinity for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, Twitter, Forums, Blogs, Reviews, News, Videos.

Crawl social accounts to identify conversations about allergies and the brand through hashtags or keywords

When we identify conversations(topic), ability to add up all of the posts so that system automatically calculates the # of likes, comments, views, retweets, repins.

Profile analytics for specific accounts. All the information that KLEAR offer sample attached
Average age, dominant gender, average income, top countries followers located, top cities, what are X's followers interested in, websites they share, entities they mention, type of content their followers are engaged with.

Crawler that will search for Influencer so we can search for influencers by the following
Follower count, following count, total # of posts, average likes per post, average comments per post, engagement range, the category they fit (mommy vs fashion), audience criteria, type of content they are posting or type of content their audience is interacting with, location, age,


Campaign Management Section
Create report we can easily download
auto-populate engagement metrics from specific live posts we select.
