I am in my late 60s and travel a lot. I am planning to start my travel blog. I have 2 requirements

1) Help me create a blog website
2) train me to make minor changes to website like adding a new link to it, make some changes to content etc.

I am not willing to spend too much on this. But, at the end of project I may consider to pay some bonus.
