Create a WordPress website - Vehicle defect report app

Create a responsive WordPress website that will allow users to complete and manage daily vehicle defect reports using a customized child Avada theme.

I will share 2 PDF forms on which the app will be based with shortlisted candidates:
Vehicle Defect Report - Goods Vehicle.pdf
Vehicle Defect Report - Passenger Vehicle.pdf

Use best practices during development. It should have all the general functionality commonly expected from websites and apps including but not limited to: register, login, recover or change passwords, manage users including roles and permissions, manage vehicles, change profile data, change settings and notifications, view-edit-archive reports. Questions from the attached PDF forms should be editable in the app including additions and removals.

Use our GitLab account for version control. There should be space made available for ads which most likely will be served by the Adinserter plugin. Convert the final website to corresponding Android and iPhone native apps using a WordPress plugin or other tools. Some room and flexibility should be allowed to make reasonable changes, additions and adjustments to the requirements during development. Fully test your work before submitting it. Issues discovered within 30 days after the final part of the job is accepted have to be fixed within 7 days of reporting them.
