I need one report modified and one report created.

On the frmQuote there is a print button that prints RptQuote. I need the Primary, Project and AP
information from the customer form on the rptQuote report.

I need second button and a new report. That button prints a report that looks like the one mocked up will share with shortlisted candidates.
Also a 3rd button that send the report as a pdf to the email address given in the email

All instruments in tblRates have to appear on the NEW report. Even if not selected on a quote. Must be able to add instruments and will appear.
