I am looking for someone who can create a step by step guide for me to backup my vps to amazon s3 using rsync.

I would like to keep 7 daily backups at a time, Monday to Sunday along with one weekly and one biweekly back.

I also would like to step by step guide that I can follow in order for me to restore my back whenever I need it.
