Dashboard Name: Daily Team Dashboard

From left to right, starting on the top row:

1. Todays total sales orders compared with the target, and todays total invoices less credits compared with the target. Show how much we are above or below with a little green/red up/down arrow and the amount.
2. Month to date total sales orders compared with target, and month to date total invoices less credits compared with target. Show how much we are above or below with a little green/red up/down arrow and the amount.
3. Year to date total sales orders compared with target, and year to date total invoices less credits compared with target. Show how much we are above or below with a little green/red up/down arrow and the amount.

Middle Row:

1. Sales person KPIs week to date - this information would draw from activities. Sales employees down the left, and their points compared with target down the right. Include an arrow to see how much they are ahead/behind.
2. Average order value this month
3. # of service calls created this month
4. Monthly sales split out by brand - Tuzio/Kontour/Volkano etc.

Bottom Row:

1. Top 10 customers year to date, compared with their target, and compared with where they were at last year
2. Sales split out by region - Western Canada, Online, Eastern Canada, Miami Region etc.
