Create Custom QuickBooks Invoice Template

I have QB Ent solutions V13.0, a slightly older version but i believe the invoice templates are the same in most versions.

I need a very simple Invoice template. the basic version is terribly ugly. i just want our logo, with possibly a second image and a watermark (if possible).

we are a PR firm. Publicity. Public Relations so we dont have Quantity , per se. It is all fixed price solutions and never more than 3-4 items on an invoice so we dont need tons of blank space.

if you have done a nice looking invoice for a PR Firm or a Fixed-price services firm then you can probably just change out the watermark and images and we can use it. thanks.
i just dont have time to research it myself.
