Task
-Create Win 7 based VM that can be accessed through guacamole or similar using HTML5
-Limitations: can not install any software or VPN on client machine; guacamole portal must be be-branded (URL, login page and source code comments); can not be hosted on azure etc
-Use case: basic browsing only, used to bypass restrictive proxies abroad

Scope:
-Install OS and run the machine for 6 months

Before we start fine-tuning anything:
-I need to do a check to see whether the IP/setup is accessible from within my use case
