Create machine learning platform

We need a machine learning system and interface to run on our web server. We do assessments (surveys) and want to begin having our system automatically recognize some key aspects of behavior.

Needs to be open source with an intuitve user interface. This will be operated by non coders.
Decisions so far on the architecture is that we want Python based system. This will read data from our existing databases of assessments.
From this, we will build three machine learning processes -
- Supervised learning
- Semi-supervised learning
- Unsupervised learning

We need -
- Recommendation of the correct libraries and interface to use (gui)
- Installation on our server
- Interface into our databases (MySQL)
- Initial statistical sequences configured and tested.
