Create MP4 files from images and MP3 file in bulk (35k files)

INPUT:
-You will find 34863 zip files in Azure storage (size range: 1-100MB each)
-Each zip file will contain 3 items: 1 mp3 file, 1 json file, 1 folder with png images.
-json file will provide info on which second the png file needs to be displayed in the MP4

PROCESS:
Create an MP4 file combining the MP3 file for audio, and png images as a slideshow display, the slideshow will change slide/image as the time extracted from json file provided.

OUTPUT:
Save the generated MP4 in Azure storage as . When finished there should be 34863 zip files + 34863 MP4 files in the azure storage container.

Will provide read/write access to azure storage.
Can provide azure VM for processing.
