Create Shopify Function

We need to modify our Shopify store. The store is not using Shopify Plus, so you need to be aware of this. Also the changes that you do, should be fully responsive on desktop and mobile, and work across all browsers. It should also not increase page load time, otherwise the work will not be acceptable

Basically if you can create an app, or a functionality for us, so that we can have following:-
1) On our product page, instead of just Add to Cart button, show customers 2 options:
a)Add to Cart for Full Payment
b)Add to Cart for 10% payment

If the customer choose the option A, then everything will work as per normal. Customer will pay the full purchase price of the product

If the customer choose Option B, then only 10% of the product price should be passed to checkout and order page.

For example if a product is for $10, then only 10% of it, $1, will be passed as order price to checkout page.

2) If also possible, if the customer chooses Option B, then the words Layaway Order to be added to the product title. For example if product title is A bag then if customer chooses Option B, then on checkout page it should show Layaway Order A bag

3) If also possible, we would like the ability to specify the minimum product price for which this option should be shown. So for example, if we specify minimum product price $9, then any product whose full purchase price is $9 or lower, then the Option B will not be shown

4) Also if possible, we would like the ability to modify the 10% amount. So for example if we modify it to 20%, then Option B will make customer pay 20% of the full purchase price

If the customer chooses Option B, then he will place the order for partial payment only (not full purchase price)
I need this done very fast. It is very important for us. Let me know if you can do this. I will not give you access to my direct store but I will send you the store template which you can use and modify as required. Once you show me the work is done as required, then I will install the modified template on my store
