Creating a post card and post card template that I can use going forward.

To create a Just Listed postcard that I can send out. Id also like to know if that kind of post card can also be issued as a template for other uses and other properties either for sale, or sold. I tried to create one in my companys marketing department, but it comes out full size sheets. I want the postcard to be 8.5 x 5.5 that I can print on card stock. I can send all the logos, pictures, etc.
