Creating mock-up demo environment

Looking for a web developer to create a demo mock up environment which will demo basic features of existing demo so it can be loaded locally on a laptop without relying on internet connection or using the real environment.

The environment should have 50 avaialble M-JPEG feeds that can be dragged and dropped to distribution channels and show up there.

Prntscrn of the environment attached and we will provide credentials to the real environment to the developer.
