Creation of a Remote Desktop Services RemoteApp's Environment

Our company is looking to change our existing remote access environment to one involving RemoteApps via Remote Desktop Services. This job will require the creation of one or more Windows Server VMs, to run either cloud-based or on physical hardware (based on the recommendation of the developer).

Currently, our users connect to individual VMs, hosted on a QNAP NAS, through GoToMyPC, and run applications as necessary on those VMs.

Ideally, we want our users (Up to 6) to be able to connect to RDS via the internet, log into the service and authenticate with their existing Office365 logins, launch 2 separate applications (Quickbooks Desktop and Margil Loan Manager) through RemoteApps, and stream those applications to their desktop. There is an existing QNAP NAS which can be used as a host for the VMs, but we are also open to cloud hosting options.

The domain is currently provided by Godaddy, and integrated into the Office 365 service. We have no other physical or virtual machines in our environment - but do have a shared hosting account with GoDaddy.

Budget price was a shot in the dark, and I understand will vary based on the overall solution, physical vs cloud, licensing requirements, etc.
