Creative design for mobile first website relaunch

Do you have a knack for creating visuals for a marketing message?

We are looking for a creative designer to help us with new visuals for a refresh of website.

The scope of effort would include
phase I: 3 concepts
- extension of our current brand
- new idea 1
- new idea 2
phase 3: selecting a mobile-first WP template (which we purchase)
phase 2: extending the selected concept to additional pages.

We have the:
- messaging
- rough out of the navigation and content strategy (pretty different from our current website)
- internal wordpress dev and design skills.

If you are interested, I would love to hear from you. Specifically, it would be helpful to have:
- link to your online portfolio
- a general sense of availability (10 hours a week, 1 day a week, dedicated...)
- a rough sense of budget. We would like this to be done on a fixed cost basis.

As we see who is potentially interested in the project, we will provide additional details.
