Creative illustration location map for new resort

Looking for a creative graphic designer to prepare a location map of the different bungalows of our resort and the nearby attractions.
Original, clean and clear illustration reflecting the standard of our resort.
Digital medias - files must be ready for web use & high quality files for high definition prints.
This project is not an easy task because we dont have any floor plans of the resort. We have many different informations that need to be added together to draw the map.
We dont need a map that is perfectly scaled, just need a location map that gives a fair idea of the different buildings we have and how to reach them.
We specially need to showcase the distance from the rooms to the beach.
