Crm Microsoft access design

Need a Microsoft accesss crm database programmer to design a crm system for me



set up customer tabs ( eg courier label , Facebook link , website link , Instagram link , order frequency and others less used like accounts person ( part of contact info )
* mailmurge to preset letters using customer info ( company , name , address etc ) I will have 5 preset letters
*Create email thank you template and send via MS Outlook with 4 attachments
* record sales ( invoice number , date & $ )
*Ability to send follow ups with a button click via MS Outlook at a set date ( eg 10 days after invoice entry , 30 days after invoice entry )
- Button to send Newsletter to all via Outlook with newsletter - monthly or other ( select all customers )
* let me create a ticked list per customer of sections they buy (I have 30 ) so I can send emails to customers who buy certain products
- Ability to find customers that buy a product /section and create a customised email for them within the database to send via MS Outlook
*ability to locate a customer based on
Company name , suburb first name etc
