Need someone to create a cryptocurrency price alert platform.

The project should be developed as follow:

Phase 1

1. Prices fetched from CoinMarketCap
2. Currencies: all major FIAT (e.g. USD, EUR, etc) vs BTC
3. Notification delivery: Email
4. Notification settings: from 1 to unlimited notifications a day
5. Desktop only
6. Admin dashboard should display email gathered with timestamp

Phase 2 and 3 to be discussed confidentially.

This is one of the series of projects I would like you to develop.
