CSS changes to existing HTML to match a new html design

I have an HTML page with CSS.
I have a new proposed design for the same html page.
I would like to make changes to my original html and CSS to match this new design.
I have added the original html as a zip file and the new proposed design as a second zip file.
I need to keep all the field ids the same as the original HTML hence the reason i would like to customize this original. Ideally all changes are made in CSS.
