CSV to KMZ file conversion on Wordpress site

Looking for someone to help me convert file formats to and from KMZ.
Export to KMZ:
User should be able to upload a CSV file to be converted to KMZ.
User should be able to upload a TXT file to be converted to KMZ
User should be able to upload multiple files to make one KMZ file
User needs options to name paths, lines, icons, colors, etc.

Export to CSV:
User should be able to upload a KMZ file to be converted and to multiple CSV files
Separate CSV files for each Begin/End group of points.

I currently use the below website to convert CSV to KMZ.

Elements of the files
- Group of points that make a path (icon, line, name)- i will share a TXT file to identified by Begin Waypoint & End.
- Multiple Groups of points that make a line (no icon, just line) - I will provide TXT file is identified by Begin Line & End.
- Group of points that are notes entered by user (icon with text) - TXT file is identified by Begin Note & End.
- Group of points that are symbols (used to identify specific things on a map)(just Icon) - TXT file is identified by Begin Symbol & End.

I would like for users to access this tool through my WordPress website.
I would like users to pay per conversion.
