Specifically, seeking someone who has either participated in either the Kaggle Data Science Bowl or Tianchi Lung Cancer Detection and Classification challenges and placed in the top 8% OR is VERY familiar and has experience in dealing with this specific type of task/challenge. Looking for someone who can quickly come up to speed on improving the performance on existing code repositories from these challenges.
