Needing to install a culvert on my property. it has a creek running thru the the north side dividing the whole property, The zone is a fema a zone. I will be doing alot of the work myself. Just needing someone to help me get the required permits for me to install the culvert. from Fema, TECQ, US Army Corps of Engineers, USDA etc. Im outside the city limits of Edgewood TX. off State highway 19 and Van Zandt County Rd 1907 I already called the county they dont need any permits, I just need to worry about the federal & state agencies.
