We are looking for an engineer that can produce a custom Android ROM for a phone based display housed in our product.

We want the OS to be simple. Only able to run out own application, have a custom boot animation, and locking out the OS from users. It needs to be able to do OTA updates.

Our current solution is an ODM modified phone with their standard software, which somehow ends up installing unusual apps by itself and then show ads.
