I need custom contract template created. My company will find projects for contractors to work on. We need a agreement saying that the contractor will pay us a fee and the agreed amount will be paid based on the amount received from owner. For example if the fee is $5000 and the owner pays 50% for the work we receive $2500. And if next payment is 20% we receive $1000. Payments are due immediately upon collection from owner. The name of our company is (removed by Toogit Admin). The contractor name and amount of fee can change so those should be left blank. This will be for the state of Georgia.
