Custom speedtest & port checker

We are looking to create a custom web-app that can run on a computer or any mobile device.

We want it to do a speed test (ping, upload, and download) as well as check specific port openings.

We need to test both input and output bandwidth simultaneously so we stress test the system and see what you actually get while both inputting and outputting data

It should report that data back based on a range:

Ports: All Required ports open
Ports: XX Ports closed all other ports open

Speed Out:
4k Video Acceptable
1080p Video Acceptable
720p Video Acceptable
SD Video Acceptable
Audio only

Speed In:
3 HD Displays Acceptable
2 HD Displays Acceptable
1 HD Display Acceptable
No HD Displays

We will want to adjust each of those responses based on a table where we set a minimum threshold for each in terms of Kb/s or Mb/s
