What we need
We need a contact us/support ticket page. User will enter his query into the form and that will create a support ticket.
The support ticket will be recorded in database and an email will be sent to user and website admin with ticket number, url and details.
If somebody replies to that email, the body of the email will be added to ticket as a comment from that user.
Please note - There can be attachments as well in the email and we need to parse them and add them to ticket.

Status of a ticket can only be changed by admin.
