Custom Wordpress/Drupal Plugin & Digital Subscription System

We are looking for the formal quotes to develop a custom photo contest plugin to include features like voting alerts, social integration, unique promotion url, in-stream ad units, and any other features you would think would benefit our audience from your expertise.

We will be building out a system to fulfill digital magazine subscription (that is web and app-based)

- Able to easily update issues/content. PDF format, with a multimedia tool for PDF enhancement in
- In-App Purchase: sell single copies and subscriptions via Apple and Google In-App Purchase systems.
- Couponing system: We would like to to create coupon codes and share them like (e.g. people that you want to grant free access to). Every coupon can grant access to 1 issue or to a subscription. Limit: up to 50.000 coupons dispatched each day (1.500 coupons redeemed per day).
