Customer & Admin Support Star!

As a member of our brilliant Customer Service Team, you will work closely with our customers and warehouse team on a daily basis to create raving customers. Were looking for a smart, well organized person who thrives on making problems disappear and connecting with others. You will be in close contact with our customers all over the world, so strong communication skills are essential in this role. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, enjoys meticulous process-driven work and is a problem solver.

Qualifications:
-1-3 years experience in sales or customer service
-Positive, customer-focused outlook
-Strong communication skills
-Meticulously organized
-A process pro - not only can you follow them, you can highlight where they can be improved
-Independent and self motivated
-Willing to learn and improve in all areas
-Must have a quiet work-space
-Fast and reliable internet access


Job Details:
-This role has a starting pay range of $5-6/hr - must be willing to start in this range
-7/8am - 5pm EST working hours M-F, with the ability to work extra/outside of this time frame with the approaching holiday season (our busy season) **We may have some hours flexibility for the right person
-This is an IMMEDIATE need opportunity - must be available for immediate hire
