I currently own a science and technology retail online store. I am in need of a customer service agent to answer customer questions and complete simple tasks such as helping customers track their order. The store has been around for about 6 years and we are about to begin a big rush starting black friday and during the holiday season. I am looking for someone to handle the online chat support provided to our customers. This job may require evening or late night hours if you are operating on ET time.
