Hi I am looking for a freelancer that can help me with the customer service for my Shopify business. Primarily the customer support that I need help with is as follows:

1) Answering simple email and help desk(we use freshdesk) enquires. (Not to worry templates for answering are provided for your easy reference).

These enquiries are simple enquiries that are usually focused around shipping, returns and exchanges. We are looking for a freelancer that is a fast learner, committed and help us deliver quality and consistent customer service to our valued customers. Thank you:)
