Customer Service and Scheduling Support

I run a cleaning service and need help with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries by email and on Facebook. Im looking for someone to answer inbound calls from customers, return calls to them as-needed, and coordinate with my various cleaning contractors and schedule jobs.
