Customer Service Assistant (Shopify Dropshipping)

Hello all,

I am rapidly scaling my Shopify store as the store continues to grow I found it difficult to manage customer support myself, with that said; I am looking to hire a professional customer service assistant to answer customer emails on a daily basis.

A bit about the store -
- This store is drop shipped from China
- The store is fulfilled using Oberlo
- Products are sourced from AliExpress
- The store is powered by Shopify

- Customers inquiries to be answered on a daily basis.
- Inquiries to be answered professionally.
- Organization within our email dashboard.
- Effective communication with other employees
