Customer Service, Blogger Collaboration and Translation

We are launching a Norwegian webshop in January, and are currently looking for a norwegian freelancer to join our team.

Byhappyme main products include dummies, name tags, cutlery, accessories and gift items for children. We are therefore looking for a person that understands and can relate to our customer needs.

The job description is mainly Customer Service and Blogger Collaboration, but some translation tasks may occur.

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours/week

Byhappyme has sold quality dummies, name tags, cutlery, accessories and gift items since
2006. We have headquarters in Denmark and only deal with well-known suppliers who are
approved by EU Standard EN 1400 and comply with the special requirements for quality,
durability and environment. All our dummies are 100% BPA-free, PVC-free and phthalate-free.


Customer Service

Monday-Friday
2 times a day
Between 8 am - 10 am in the morning and 4 pm - 8 pm in the evening

IF you should wish to put in a little effort on Sunday to lighten the workload for Monday it should
be between 4 pm and 8 pm.

We never ever correspond with customers before 8 in the morning and after 8 in the evening.

We mainly work in Outlook and Prestashop - where we manage the shop and customer
correspondences.


Blogger Collaboration

Finding and reaching out to relevant bloggers.


Translation

The webshop with products, categories etc, is already translated, so its mainly minor tasks.
