We are in need of an agent to answer our product related calls. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment.
- Following up to ensure resolution.

This is a full-time, long-term job. We need someone that is assertive but not aggressive. We need someone to start ASAP.
