Were a fashion brand looking to hire a Chief Happiness Officer.

The mission of the Chief Happiness Officer is day-to-day customer service and fixing basic technical issues with software.

You will be expected to take phone calls and emails from UK customers. You will be expected to build systems and processes to improve customer service. We will also require you to fix basic technical issues with software we use, this will involve contacting technical support and doing some research on the issue.

You can work from any location, hours are from 9am - 5pm UK time Monday to Friday. You will be expected to travel to the UK for at least 5 working days once a quarter for an in person meeting at our expense.
