We are seeking a work from home, full time Customer Service (Customer Success) manager with a positive attitude. You should exhibit business skills, managerial skills, and have worked in Customer Service at a technology company with business software.

You will be managing business customers that have purchased software from a Salesforce CRM partner.

Requirements:
Fluent in US business English
Previous Customer Service experience
Team player
IT background
Problem solver
Good at writing emails with good English grammar
Completion of a Degree in IT or Business or Engineering
