Customer Support Specialist

Deliver outstanding customer experience to existing customers nationwide to ensure economic profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention. The candidate should have experience explaining/analyzing Facebook Ad Campaigns to clients (and giving further recommendations of how to better optimize their campaign), negotiating & re-negotiating contracts for a digital marketing agency. This person will be responsible for first line service and escalation through to resolution of problem(s), oversee onboarding team (post-sale), identify new business opportunities to expand current client add share, & own and manage all existing customer relationships.

This is a contract position with the potential for a full-time position with profit sharing (if candidate desires upon 5 star satisfactory completion of contract).
