Customizing a Plugin (Linking a option button to the qty selector)

I have a contact lenses website. My website is running on Wpengine and is using WordPress. I have recently changed my option selector plugin. Previously, my No. of boxes option was linked to the qty selector. Which means to say that If my No of boxes is 1, that means it is 1 boxes selected. If left and right side have 1 each, that will mean is a total of 2 Boxes.
