A data analysis is needed to assist a research team to compute a cluster analysis or association rule mining in R. The team has a research assistant who is a beginner in R and who needs assistance on one aspect of a larger project, and this job will entail either providing the assistant a tutorial or suggestions, or providing part of the code needed to complete this task. The team has collected the data and cleaned it to some extent. It is data regarding local news providers in New Jersey and part of a research project for Montclair State University. The specific analysis needed involves a categorical, nominal variable that needs to be clustered in order to determine what the news ecosystems in New Jersey look like.
