RESPONSIBILITIES
DIVE into Data Analysis of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) via The Project Booths methods for:

Sales, Marketing, Advertising, ROIs, Account Information, Warehouses, SKUs, Revenues, Expenses, Cost of Goods, Profits, Payroll, Supplies, Freight, Shipping, Hours, Project Details, etc.

BUILD mock dashboards for client approval in Excel

FINALIZE dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or other cloud-based system

INTERACT with clients for attaining key information (when not automated)

ENSURE properly functioning dashboards for clients

MONITOR and REACT to Weekly and Monthly KPIs

RECOGNIZE the impact of sales and inventory as part of metric monitoring

IDENTIFY broken formulas within a spreadsheet

ORGANIZE your projects via Asana task manager

SEND email reminders and pre-work documents to clients

PREPARE reports from templates and recaps of client calls
