Data Dashboard - Tableau - FB & Google API's

Hey there! We are looking for someone who can build a customized dashboard for us. We are a marketing agency specializing in Facebook and Google paid ads. We do not have a data warehouse set up yet.

We have narrowed down to using Tableau as the front-end and most likely Big Data on the backend. We believe Stich could be a good option as the connector. We will most likely need to get approval from FB on using their API beyond the limitations with the open source version, but are prepared to do so. This process should take about a week and will not be a prerequisite upon starting the project. For Google, I understand it should be open source.

We are already using Google Data Studio so extensively, our reports wont even load up most of the time. We are also pulling pretty elaborate groups of excel pivots with trendline charts. Our goal is to 1. Automate the reports that we have now in both GDS with faster load times, and outside of GDS that are taking a lot of manual hours for us to pull. 2. Create new more robust reports that we have never had the manual bandwidth to maintain, but have imagined and built first versions of.

There will be an element of tagging necessary from FBs platform for the the creative & messaging level. We can either do this on the backend or use naming conventions.

We would love to understand a few things from you:
1. Who are you? Do you have a visualization background, data engineering or both?
2. Have you worked with FB & Googles APIs before? What platforms were you connecting to?
3. Have you worked with Tableau before? Both the free and paid version?
5. Have you worked with agencies before who have multiple clients pulled into one system?
6. How do you like to tackle planning and milestones for a job like this? How do you stay organized?
