I have a list of properties that are delinquent on their taxes and the address of their owner. I need someone to convert the PDF format that it currently is in (already converted to an excel file) to a more excel friendly layout. Due to the file originally being in PDF the data is split up in many different cells making it difficult to export to third parties for marketing purposes.
1) Make a column with the property information.
2) Make a column with the owners name all in one single cells.
3) Make a column with the owners address all in one single.
4) Make column including the delinquent tax information that corresponds to the correct demographic information.

I will include an example list of what is needed as well as the work file that needs to be corrected.
