*Overview*
Looking for a well-established data engineer or ETL service to assist us with data migrations for our customers from outside sources (REST-based APIs, software platforms, spreadsheets, etc.) to our CRM via our REST API endpoints. We are open to proposals for use of your existing tools, creating a custom application to perform the data migrations, or utilizing your expertise as an ongoing service for our customers.
*Required Experience:*
* Experienced utilizing common and advanced ETL practices
* HTTP Request Methods
* Programming languages, notation, data formats: JSON, XML, javascript, PHP, Ruby, PERL, C(#/+) etc.
* API Testing and Troubleshooting: CURL/PostMan/PAW/etc.
* Creating customized solutions
* All forms of web-based authentication via HTTP methods (SAML, simple, OAuth, etc.)
* Utilizing common DevOps/Engineering organizational and productivity platforms for task management and documentation: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, PostMan Documenter, etc.
*On-Going Project Scope and Information*
* We will have a need to migrate the data for 1-5 companies a week for the foreseeable future.
* We would like a turnkey solution to meet our customers need as soon as possible.
* We have existing information (API documentation, extraction methods, rules for transformation) for some of the CRMs that weve migrated data for in the past written in C#.

* Present a solution as to how you would propose we would extract data from an outside CRMs API endpoint. Is this an ongoing service you would provide for us? Would you be creating a tool for us? Would you be using an external tool to complete this for us?
* How would you handle situations where field types or data would need to be transformed or massaged to meet the needs of our API endpoints?
* How would you handle the process of loading data? Concurrently as its extracted or after its been completed?
*If you are proposing a tool or one-time service to meet our needs, what will the educational or learning requirement be for our company to complete ongoing data migrations for our customers?
