Data Management - Person needed to correct customer's shipping address

Hello,

We are an e-commerce business selling on Amazon, Ebat and its own website.

We are looking for a person that could help us manage and clean the customers shipping addresses imported into the courier database.
The addresses are imported from the selling platforms (i.e. Amazon) and for some of them its necessary to intervene to clean up the data so that the address is recognized by the courier address database.

This activity will be ongoing and it should take about an hour of your time daily.

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
- Ability to fulfill the task on a timely basis as a delay in completing the task would cause a delay in the shipment of the order.
- although the knowledge of Italian is not essential, it is important to know the peculiarity of the Italian street address system in order to be able to resolve issues autonomously and with minimal assistance;
- Good communication and organizational skills since this role is likely to evolve in a wider involvement in the shipping process and customer service process.
